"I ordered a couple of books and..."
I ordered a couple of books and a card deck from Hay House, my first reaction when I opened the package was, “Yep, these are nice.” Everything arrived in great shape. The cards feel sturdy and well-made, not flimsy or cheap, and the books look cleanly printed too. Quick judgment: totally happy with the order and I’d buy from them again.

I like using Hay House because a lot of the authors are people I’ve already heard of or followed before, so it just feels more trustworthy. I found a few books from teachers I already like, which was great. The site was easy to use too...

"Honestly... this place really helps me feel grounded!!"
I go here whenever I feel like I need to slow down and get a calmer, more spiritual reset... The books and talks just feel really honest and comforting, you know?? It’s one of those places that helps me breathe a little easier!!!

My Hay House billing experience was easy. Renewal was clear. I could see the charge. What it was for. No strange surprises.
I changed my subscription settings myself too. No email needed. No waiting around. The account page was simple enough. Found what I needed fast.
Everything went smoothly for me. Receipt came right away. Quick and clean. Happy with it overall.

"Some good parts, but... a bit mixed"
There are definitely a few things I liked, but... the overall content felt kind of uneven to me. Some parts were interesting and worked well, while others just didn’t really land the same way.

"Tracking could definitely be clearer"
I ordered a book from hayhouse.com, and to be fair, the checkout process was surprisingly easy, which made the confusing order tracking stand out even more. After I placed the order, the tracking took a while to update, and for a bit I couldn’t tell if the book had shipped or was just sitting in limbo.
The package did eventually show up, just later than I was expecting. Customer service was nice enough when they got back to me, even if they weren’t exactly speedy. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but for a site that seems put together, the tracking could use some work.

"Refund was fine, but also kind of annoying"
I returned a book to Hay House and the process was simple, though somehow it still felt a bit dragged out. Customer service did get back to me, so I can’t really complain too much, but at the same time the replies weren’t exactly quick. The refund came through in the end, which is what matters, but I was also checking my email more than I wanted to because the updates weren’t very clear. Overall it was okay, just slower than I expected.

"Had a hiccup, but they sorted it out fast"
My order was showing the wrong download link at first, which made me a little nervous because I’ve had stuff like that turn into a whole thing before. I was already thinking, great, now I’m going to be emailing back and forth all week, and I just wanted to get the download and move on.
But support got back to me really quickly and fixed it without making it complicated. No weird runaround, no waiting forever, just handled it. Anyway, small issue in the end, but the way they dealt with it made me feel a lot better about ordering from them

I had a really easy time checking out. I found the book I wanted, added it to my cart, and paid without running into any glitches or random error messages. The confirmation email showed up right away too, which always makes me feel better. For me, it felt like the kind of checkout process that just works and doesn’t make you think twice.

"Digital access can be a little hit or miss"
I’m happy with the stuff I bought overall, but getting logged in and setting up the digital access wasn’t always the smoothest. It worked eventually, but there were a few frustrating moments along the way. Not a dealbreaker, just kind of annoying sometimes.

"Prices seem a little high"
It was an okay value overall, but I wouldn’t exactly call it cheap. I don’t mind paying a bit more if the quality is there and people are being treated fairly, but I do think the prices could feel more reasonable.

"Pretty smooth experience overall"
I’ve been using it for a bit now and haven’t really had anything strange happen with my account. The login process is easy enough, and after poking around and using it normally, it does give me a decent sense that things are being handled securely. So far, I feel comfortable trusting it.

I ordered a few books from Hay House while they were running a promo, and I was actually happy with the discount. I always get a little nervous that promo codes won’t work or there’ll be some catch at checkout, but everything went through easily and the code applied without any issues. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, but it wasn’t anything too bad. Overall, I felt good about what I paid and would definitely keep an eye out for their sales again.

I’ve picked up a few books and listened to some online talks from Hay House, and honestly... they’ve helped me get through some rough weeks. Not every single thing is totally my style, but when something clicks, it really clicks! The site is easy enough to use, and I actually like stumbling across teachers I hadn’t heard of before. "Packaging kind of messed up my plans"
My order did show up on time, which I appreciated, but the box was crushed on one side and it definitely threw off my plans a bit. I was going to give one of the books as a gift that evening, but one corner was bent, so that was frustrating. The books were mostly okay, but still, the packaging really could’ve been better.

I mostly use the Hay House app for audiobooks, it’s been such a low-stress experience, which I really appreciate when I’m not in the mood to fuss with tech. Downloads have been quick, and I love that it keeps my spot even after I close the app.
The app feels simple in a good way, with no annoying little steps just to get back to my books. The audio sounds clear, I haven’t dealt with crashes, and overall I’m happy with it
